General Terms and Conditions of the Promotional Campaign of Rompetrol Bulgaria EAD

PROMOTION “Fuel the Direction! Feel the Movement with Rompetrol”

1. Between 08:00:00 and 23:59:59 on July 29, 2025, any customer who makes a purchase in the store or fuels a minimum of 25 liters of gasoline, diesel, or LPG at the Rompetrol gas station located at 420-II Vladimir Vazov Blvd., Sofia, has the right to participate in the promotion to win 250 prizes, distributed as follows:

1.1. 50 double-walled stainless steel thermal mugs (350 ml) with plastic lids (25 in gray and 25 in white) for those who fuel at least 25 liters of gasoline, diesel, or LPG at the Rompetrol station on Vladimir Vazov Blvd., Sofia.

1.2. 200 car air fresheners for those who make a purchase in the Rompetrol store at the same address.

2. All prizes must be collected on-site at the Rompetrol station on Vladimir Vazov Blvd., Sofia from a Rompetrol Bulgaria EAD employee on the day of the promotion: July 29, 2025.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROMOTION

3. Participation in the Promotion requires a purchase.
4. To enter the Promotion, the participant must either:

• Fuel a minimum of 25 liters of gasoline, diesel, or LPG at the Rompetrol station at Vladimir Vazov Blvd., Sofia,

or

• Make a purchase in the Rompetrol store at the same location.

5. A participant may win only one small and one large prize.

PRIZES AND PRIZE COLLECTION

6. The prizes available in the Promotion are:

6.1. 50 large prizes – stainless steel double-walled thermal mugs (350 ml) with plastic lids, in gray or white (25 of each color).

6.2. 200 small prizes – car air fresheners.

7. Prize Collection:

7.1. Participants must keep their receipt as proof of purchase until they leave the station.

7.2. Prizes are awarded immediately at checkout, right after payment.

7.3. If the participant does not collect the prize immediately, they lose the right to receive it.

7.4. Winning participants grant Rompetrol the right to publish their photos in media or sales outlets to promote the campaign.

7.5. Prizes are awarded while supplies last.

PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

8. By participating in the Promotion, participants accept and consent to Rompetrol collecting and processing their personal data as a data controller, and to assigning data processing to third parties under the Personal Data Protection Act.
9. Rompetrol confirms that personal data will be used only for the purposes of this promotion.
10. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the participant confirms they understand:

• Their personal data is provided voluntarily,
• Refusing to provide data will not result in negative consequences.

11. The participant is informed of their data rights under the law, including:

a) Right to access and be informed about their personal data,

b) Right to correct personal data,

c) Right to be forgotten (deletion),

d) Right to restrict processing,

e) Right to data portability,

f) Right to object to processing, including profiling,

g) Right not to be subject to automated decision-making,

h) Right to file a complaint with the National Supervisory Authority or a competent court.

11.1. Rompetrol processes personal data in line with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). Full details on data handling and participant rights can be found in the Privacy Policy at www.rompetrol.bg.

11.2. In particular, if a participant wins a prize, Rompetrol may use the participant’s name, address, photo, or other personal data for promotional content in print, audio, or video form — without additional compensation.

13. By participating, participants confirm that they accept and agree with these Terms and Conditions.

PARTICIPANTS

15. Eligible participants:

• Natural persons aged 18+ residing in Bulgaria.
• Legal entities using invoices or prepaid Fill&Drive cards.

16. Not eligible:

• Rompetrol employees and their family members,
• Employees temporarily assigned to Rompetrol,
• Employees of suppliers and contractors involved in this campaign, and their family members.

Rompetrol reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of violating these terms.

By entering the Promotion, participants guarantee all submitted information is accurate and agree to these General Terms.

Rompetrol Bulgaria EAD reserves the right to amend the campaign’s rules and duration. Any updates will be published on www.rompetrol.bg and become effective upon publication.

In the event of discrepancies between the Bulgarian and English versions of this document, the Bulgarian version shall prevail and shall be deemed the authoritative version for interpretation and enforcement purposes.
